4 Session Class Series for Adults

What: Adult Classes

When: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm, 6/3,  6/10,  6/17, 6/24, 2014.

Where: Indigo Mountain 803 W Thatcher Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546

Cost: $40 for series or drop in rate $15 per class.

4 Session Class Series for KIDZ!

What: Kids Classes ages 6 to 16

When: Thursdays, 3:30-4:15 pm  6/5,  6/12,  6/19,  6/26, 2014.

Where: Indigo Mountain 803 W Thatcher Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546

Cost: $30 for series or drop in rate $15 per class.

Parents are welcome to accompany their child but will be required to participate in the class.

Welcome to Ageless Grace

21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease

Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program that consists of 21 simple exercise Tools designed for all ages and abilities.

These exercises, based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind.

The 21 Tools have creative, imaginative names, so they are easy to remember. They are simple to do at home. The movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair, yet they can be done on a bed, standing near or behind a chair, down on the floor, or standing.

Almost anyone can do them, regardless of most physical conditions.

This program was created  and test for more than 10 years by Denise Medved.
